C.I. Acid Black 107 Use and Manufacturing
Using 5-nitro-2-aminophenol, 4-nitro-2-aminophenol, 1-acetamino-7-naphthol, 2-naphthol and acid mordant black A (CImordant Black 1) as raw materials, first Diazotize 5-nitro-2-aminophenol and 4-nitro-2-aminophenol, then couple them with 1-acetamino-7-naphthol and 2-naphthol, and then combine with acid mordant black A After complexing with sodium chromium salicylate, filtering and drying, the finished product is obtained. Diazotization. . Coupling. . Complexing. . Add 300mL water and 31mL hydrochloric acid (30%) to the diazotization reaction flask, and stir evenly. Then add 10.2g 5-nitro-2-aminophenol, 5.5g 4-nitro-2-aminophenol and 12mL NaOH solution (40%), stir for 2h, then cool to 10-15℃, start adding 22mL NaNO2 dropwise The solution (30%) was added within 30 minutes, and the stirring was continued until the end point to obtain the diazonium solution. Add 120mL water and 12mL NaOH solution (40%) to the coupling reaction flask, stir, heat to 30-40℃, add 5.4g 2-naphthol and 14.0g 1-acetamido-7-naphthol, stir well, and Cool down to 10-15°C, add the above diazonium solution dropwise, and complete the addition within about 1 hour. Continue to stir for 1-2h to the end to obtain the azo compound. Add chromium sodium salicylate solution and acidic medium A solution to the complexing reaction flask, stir and raise the temperature to reflux for about 3 hours, then cool to 60°C, add the above coupling solution, adjust the pH value to 8-8.5 with NaOH solution, and reflux for 4 hours. Cool down to 60°C, adjust the pH to 7.5 with hydrochloric acid, add salt to salt out, filter, wash the filter cake with water to neutrality, and dry to obtain the finished product.
Used for dyeing silk, wool, tussah silk, nylon, vinylon and Victoria/cotton, wool/viscose and other blended fabrics
