Kazakhstan annual output of 500,000 tons of polypropylene project started successfully
On October 29, good news came from the project department of Kazakhstan's annual output of 500,000 tons of polypropylene. The whole process of the polypropylene plant was completed and qualified products were successfully produced. This marks the successful completion of the PP&UO start-up work undertaken by Henan Dahua Electric Instrument Engineering Technology Co., LTD., and once again achieves a new leap in the external technical service work.

In the joint efforts of the parties and constantly struggle, the project from October 15, 2021 the first batch of personnel to enter the site to participate in the debugging, installation and so on related work, through a fight after 379 days, and the project successfully completed the circuit alignment, pipeline purging, equipment integrity check, the system test, such as single machine commissioning, the linkage process.

The project team draws on the wisdom of others; The person in charge of the project department and the professional backbone personnel always stick to the front line of the project, fight against epidemic, risk, heat, snow and storm, and actively promote the smooth development of the commissioning and commissioning of the device.

IPC polypropylene project was built by China Tianchen Engineering Company. The construction started on January 29, 2018. After more than four years, it was successfully put into production. IPC Polypropylene project is the first large-scale petrochemical integration project in the Republic of Kazakhstan, and it is also one of the important milestones in the economic cooperation between China and Kazakhstan.
