Sino-Flag obtained two invention patentcertificates

On October 18, 2022, Jiangsu ZhongqiTechnology Company Limited ("Zhongqi") released an announcement aboutobtaining patent certificates.

Recently, Sino-Flag received 2 inventionpatent certificates issued by the State Intellectual Property Office, thedetails of which are shown in Table 1.

Patent 1: The invention provides thepreparation method of key intermediate of isoxaflutole with mild reaction, lessimpurities and solid waste generation, improves the yield and purity of theproduct, reduces the production cost and is suitable for industrial production.

Patent 2: The amide compound containingquinazolindione structure provided by the invention has a novel structure,which provides a basis for the development of new pesticides.

The acquisition and application of theabove invention patent will not have a significant impact on the Company'soperating results in the short term, but will facilitate the continuousintroduction of innovative products to the market in the future, therebyenhancing the Company's core competitiveness, which may have a favorable impacton the Company's long-term operating results.
