The acceptance expert group believes that the project has formed agreen manufacturing system integration covering all processes and supply anddemand links of sodium nitrate and sodium nitrite products, with broadprospects of driving green transformation and upgrading of related industriesand upstream and downstream product manufacturing.

 

According to reports, the project relies on200,000 tons / year nitrate salt upgrade relocation project, led by ShandongHaihua Group, CNOOC Petrochemical Engineering Company Limited, Shandong HaihuaHualong New Materials Co.

 

The project has built a demonstrationproject of green key process system integration for nitrate salt products,using soda ash, liquid ammonia and nitric acid as raw materials to obtainnitrate salt products through dissolving alkali, ammonia oxidation, alkaliabsorption and post-treatment process. At the same time, the project hasdeveloped and implemented four-in-one technology of "oxidation furnace -waste pot - superheater - coal saver", self-produced medium-pressure steamdriven turbine and comprehensive utilization technology of spent steam,four-effect continuous counter-current evaporation technology and other greenkey process technologies. The project has improved the technology level ofnitrate salt production. The three performance objectives of the project,namely greening rate of manufacturing technology, greening rate ofmanufacturing process and green manufacturing resource and environmentalimpact, all meet the expected requirements.

 

The project has a high degree of innovationand technology integration, and has four proprietary technologies. The ammoniaoxidation process adopts the four-in-one technology design of "oxidationfurnace - waste pot - superheater - coal saver", which solves the problemsof the industry's split furnace type that cannot produce high-grademedium-pressure steam by-productively, low volume recovery efficiency and nograded energy utilization. difficult problems. The alkali absorption processadopts the direct absorption process of high concentration nitrogen oxide gasand primary alkali solution, which solves the problems of large investment, lowautomation level, low product ratio and frequent fluctuation of tail gas indexof multi-tower intermittent absorption. In addition, the project adoptsmulti-effect evaporation + three-stage crystallization technology to achievecontinuous and stable feeding and discharging, and reduce steam consumption bymore than 400 kg per ton of product; it adopts double pushing centrifuges toachieve continuous and stable operation of the plant and improve the level ofintrinsic safety and product quality.

 

The project has also developed two industrystandards for high quality nitrate salt green products. For high qualitynitrate salt products, the project team compiled green key process, greenproduct and green evaluation standards, providing theoretical guidance forgreen certification of high quality products in the nitrate salt industry.

 

In addition, the project has significanteconomic and social benefits. They used high temperature evaporationcrystallization and dechlorination technology to solve the problem of highsodium chloride content in sodium nitrate products and achieve the requirementsof molten salt grade sodium nitrate products, which can be used for solarthermal power generation. The energy consumption of the nitrate salt product isgreatly reduced, and the annual energy consumption is reduced from 105,000 tonsof standard coal to 12,000 tons, and it can also reduce 455.25 tons of sulfurdioxide, 83.54 tons of nitrogen oxides and 7.2 tons of soot per year, andachieve zero wastewater discharge. The project's superiority rate reaches 100%,meeting the needs of domestic high-end customers and exporting to Europe, theUnited States, Japan and Southeast Asia.
