New rake dryer mixing device patented
Recently, a new rake dryer stirring devicedeveloped by Changzhou One Step Drying Equipment Co., Ltd. was granted anational utility model patent.
The device has the characteristics ofsimple structure and low manufacturing cost, etc. The rake dryer barrel is setup inside the barrel with rake rod, spindle and elastic scraper assembly forcleaning the inner wall attachment. The company through the installation ofelastic scraping components on the rake, so that the scrapers always stick tothe inner wall of the cylinder to move, can be attached to the inner wall ofthe material scraped clean in a timely manner, thereby improving dryingefficiency and reducing energy consumption.
Previously, the inner wall of the barrel ofthe vacuum rake dryer is made of steel plate, roundness error is large, resulting in the rotation of the mixing device between the rake and the innerwall of the barrel will have a gap of varying sizes. When the material sticksto the inner wall, the rake can not scrape the material clean in time,long-term heating of the material may be discolored, forming lumps, etc.,affecting the quality of the material and heat transfer efficiency, reducingdrying efficiency and increasing energy consumption.
