On May 12, Nactarome SPA announced 100% completion of the acquisition of Create Flavours, the UK's leading producer of natural top flavors for food and beverages.
The acquisition of Create Flavours further strengthens Nactarome's leading position in the field of food flavors and ingredients in Europe.
In fact, Create Flavours has significantly enhanced Nactarome's research and development capabilities, and has a strong market base in the UK. It also supports cross-selling of the combined group's products.
