Hainan Refining to Restarts Aromatics Plant
Sinopec Hainan Refining plans to restart its aromatics plant on Jan 18. The plant, which can produce 280kt/year of benzene and 220kt/year of toluene, was shut on Nov 18, 2017 for maintenance.
