Qingdao Refining and Chemical Completed Two Continuous 'Four Years One Repair'

On August 10, Qingdao Refinery and Chemical Company successfully produced qualified products through the whole process, which marked that the company had completed two successive "four years one repair" and one successful start-up.
Qingdao Refinery and Chemical Company started the overhaul and shutdown for 75 days, involving 23 production units and public engineering systems, including 4577 overhaul projects, 132 technological renovation projects, 31 equipment renewal projects and more than 6,000 participants. It is the third overhaul since the company started production, and it is also the previous major overhaul. In overhaul, the project is the largest, the scope is wide, the depth is the largest, and the transformation task is the heaviest, involving a wide range of levels, and the safety risk is high.
In accordance with the principle of "no negligence in required repair, no negligence in required repair", they plan ahead, coordinate scientifically and arrange meticulously, starting from education and training, program formulation, risk identification, site organization, supervision and monitoring, and so on, and do a good job in all aspects of the process control of device shutdown and opening, so as to realize safety and safety.
