From SeafoodNews on December 14, the U.S. Department of Agriculture said that the Biden administration is "committed to ensuring the nutritional security of all children" and that the Department of Agriculture encourages schools to "provide students with seafood as a healthy protein option recommended by the Dietary Guidelines for Americans."
