However, the policy concessions of these epidemic drugs are also limited. For example, Shanghai requires enterprises to promise to supply at no higher than the minimum purchase price of 15 provinces and cities, and clarify the supply and arrival date. The online procurement period is tentatively set to be three months, and the above online drugs will be dynamically adjusted after the epidemic is stable. Drugs that meet the municipal online and bargaining rules will be included in the city's regular drug online range, and those that do not meet the requirements will be withdrawn from the network.

The Hunan Provincial Medical Insurance Bureau also said that after the epidemic prevention and control work is over, the emergency drugs will be adjusted. At the same time, it also vowed to cooperate with market supervision and other departments to strictly and quickly investigate and deal with acts such as driving up drug prices by the peak of the epidemic, offline high-price transactions, illegal disguised markups, and commercial bribery.

Sichuan pharmaceutical equipment procurement Center said that it will cooperate with the medical security department to increase the monitoring of related drug prices, maintain the linkage with the market supervision department price regulation, and take letter inquiries, interviews or credit evaluation and other ways to restrict unreasonable price increases.
