"Russia" reported on August 7 that the member states of the Eurasian Economic Union will be allowed to publish wine and champagne advertisements in Russian paper media, television and radio. Previously, according to the Russian Advertising Law, the above-mentioned rights were only enjoyed by Russian wine and champagne producers using Russian grapes. The revision of the law took several years. In the newly revised law, a requirement that the producers of the Eurasian Economic Union must certify that the grapes used for making wine come from the territory of the Eurasian Economic Union has been added.
