The largest membrane desalination project in the domestic petrochemical industry
Recently, the first phase of the 40 million tons/year integrated refining and chemical project of Zhejiang Petrochemical undertaken by ChemChina Bluestar Hangzhou Water Treatment Technology R&D Center passed the acceptance of the 100,000 tons/day membrane seawater desalination system, marking the largest domestic petrochemical industry has built The membrane desalination project was put into operation. The seawater desalination system is one of the important supporting projects of the project, which provides a strong guarantee of freshwater resources for the commissioning of all processes, and at the same time provides living water for more than 50,000 people on the island.
Zhejiang Petrochemical's 40 million tons/year refining and chemical integration project is located in the Zhoushan green petrochemical base, with a total investment of 173 billion yuan. It is the leading large project in my country's petrochemical industry in recent years and is currently the world's largest single-unit industry project. The domestic water required for project construction and the water consumption for project operation are huge, and the fresh water resources on Yushan Island are very scarce, and it is very difficult to meet the daily needs of the original residents. In the face of difficult challenges, Hangzhou Water Treatment relies on the internationally leading seawater desalination technology to provide a full range of solutions, effectively alleviating water problems, and ensuring project progress and water quality.
Hangzhou Water Treatment has complete independent intellectual property rights for key processes. It has completed the development of seawater desalination equipment and engineering technology with daily production of 100 tons, 1,000 tons, 10,000 tons and even 100,000 tons, making China one of the few large-scale masters in the world. One of the countries with desalination technology.
