Three Trees plans to invest about 500 million yuan in a new coating in hubei
On August 11, Three Trees (603737) issued an announcement stating that on August 11, the company and its subsidiary Hubei Dayu and the Management Committee of Hubei Yingcheng Economic Development Zone signed the "Investment Agreement." The company plans to invest RMB 200-300 million to build a new type of building materials (including paint) production and supporting projects in Dongcheng Industrial Park (Dongmafang Sub-district Office) in Hubei Yingcheng Economic Development Zone. Hubei Dayu plans to invest RMB 150-250 million in the expansion of waterproof material production and supporting projects at the site of the Dongcheng Industrial Park in the former Yingcheng Economic Development Zone, Hubei.
The announcement shows that the Hubei Sankeshu project plans to invest 200 million yuan to 300 million yuan, and the planned land area is about 100 mu. After the project is completed and put into production, it is expected to achieve an annual output value of about 400 million yuan to 500 million yuan, with a construction period of 24 months. The Hubei Dayu Phase II project has a total investment of RMB 150-250 million and a planned land area of about 100 mu. After the project is completed and put into production, it is expected to achieve a total output value of about 400-500 million yuan, with a construction period of 24 months.
