The good prescription and application of water-based coating anti ultraviolet!
In recent ten years, the domestic water-borne coatings market is growing and more and more supported by national policies. Water based coatings are based on water as solvent. It has the characteristics of environmental protection, non-toxic, safety and convenient function. Its main advantages are environmental protection, high efficiency, adhesion and so on. It is quickly recognized by the majority of users . Correspondingly, it has some disadvantages, such as poor weatherability and poor aging resistance.
In the continuous high temperature weather in summer, the ultraviolet ray in the light has great harm to the waterproof coating of the building surface. Serious damage to the chemical structure of the coating, thus greatly reducing the reflection of UV, unable to maintain long-term protection. In order to solve this problem, it is necessary to use additives to resist high temperature and strong UV damage. The application of a UV absorber in water-borne coatings just solves this problem. It is a kind of anti ultraviolet absorbent specially used in water-borne coatings. It is soluble in water and has good compatibility with other alcohols. In waterborne coatings, it can effectively improve aging resistance, sun protection and anti-corrosion.
The water-based coating can maintain its performance for a long time after application and prolong its aging for more than two years. Water based ultraviolet absorber rqt-x-1 is a special anti ultraviolet additive for water-based coatings, water-based paints and water-based inks. Its absorption wavelength is between 290nm and 420nm, which can effectively prevent the aging, yellowing, peeling and peeling off of paints and waterproof coatings. It is the best additive for waterborne coatings. It is a powder hindered amine aqueous UV absorber. It absorbs ultraviolet radiation for many polymers. It has the function of capturing the free radicals produced by ultraviolet light, and is not influenced by the thickness of the film, but also has the function of long-acting thermal oxidation.
In addition, the application of rqt-x-1 in thermal insulation coating can make the coating produce temperature regulation effect under sunlight, reflect the heat from sunlight, and reduce the heating temperature of object surface. It can make the water-based coating play an extended protective effect on the surface of buildings, thus solving the confusion in the minds of more waterborne coating manufacturers. This not only solves the problem for manufacturers, but also greatly improves the competitiveness of products and has a better reputation. In addition, it plays a role in keeping the color lasting as new and preventing yellowing in the coating, so that the product grade can be upgraded to a higher level.
