Huntsman develops wool dye
Recently, Huntsman Textile Dyeing & Chemicals announced that its LANASOL CE dyes provide the industry with a sustainable alternative to wool dyeing mordant dyes and become the best wool dyeing solution that meets the ZDHC production restricted substance list standards.
Huntsman stated that LANASOL CE dyes have a uniform, safe and reliable dyeing process, which can effectively replace the mordant dyes used for wool dyeing. The use of this dye will help dye factories meet the ZDHC production restricted substance list standards and meet the strict requirements of global brands and retailers. According to reports, the ZDHC production restricted substance list prohibits the use of hexavalent chromium dyes. Therefore, manufacturers who provide wool fabrics for brands signed under the ZDHC production restricted substance list must act quickly to adopt new dyes to replace medium dyes containing chromium.
In order to meet this challenge, Huntsman Textile Dyeing & Chemical has specially developed the LANASOL CE chromium-free dye series, which allows dyeing factories to stop using mordant dyes. LANASOL CE is superior to traditional mordant dyes in all aspects of dyeing and processing.
"LANASOL CE dyes have always been recognized as a leading brand in the wool industry. Our innovative dyeing auxiliaries and successful LANASOL CE dyeing system provide extremely high technical performance, which can protect the natural beauty of wool and effectively save water, energy and dyeing time. , And does not contain any chromium components." Huntsman Textile Dyeing Global Wool Dyeing Market Manager Alessandro Larghi said.
