Change in Tariff Value of Vegetable Oils Announced
The Central Board of Indirect Taxes & Customs has announced changes in the Tariff Value of several vegetable oils, including the large volume palm oils. These are the minimum values at which import duties are levied on imports of the oils.

Tariff Value of Vegetable Oils
The notification has been issued in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 14 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), and amend the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 36/2001-Customs (N.T.), dated the 3rd August, 2001.
