FAI Invites Nominations for Awards
The Fertiliser Association of India (FAI) has invited nominations from individuals or organisations for two presti-gious awards created in honor of Mr. U.S. Awasthi.
The ‘U.S. Awasthi IFFCO award for lifetime achievement in the field of fertilizer industry’ and the ‘U.S. Awasthi IFFCO sward for lifetime achievement in the field of agriculture development and agriculture research’ will be conferred on individuals who have made extraordinary contributions in their chosen field of work in fertilisers and agriculture, respectively. Each award will receive a cash price of Rs. 2.5-mn plus a Gold Medallion and Citation. The Awards will be given at the association’s Annual Seminar to be held in New Delhi on December 5, 2018.
Nominations should reach the FAI Delhi office by September 28, 2018.
