To raise 650 million yuan of chemical sprint main board IPO accepted
According to the listing audit information of the Shanghai Stock Exchange, the IPO of Hunan Zhongchuang Chemical Co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as Zhongchuang Chemical) on the main board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange has been accepted. In this IPO, the company intends to raise 650 million yuan for the 100,000 tons/year electronic grade carbonate project.
Zhongchuang Chemical was founded in 2005, with the core business of production, research and development and sales of new environmentally friendly solvents. The main products include butyl acetate, isopropyl acetate and butanone. The products are widely used in paint, ink, coating, medicine, pesticide, leather, film, adhesive, dehydrating agent and other industries.
Financial data showed that from 2020 to 2022, the company achieved operating revenue of 812 million yuan, 1.169 billion yuan and 1.284 billion yuan, and net profit of 75.4644 million yuan, 136 million yuan and 128 million yuan, respectively.
