Colson convertible bonds worth 2.198 billion yuan were approved by the SFC
Colson shares issued an announcement on June 25, saying that it recently received the "Approval Reply on agreeing to the registration of Colson Waterproof Technology Co., Ltd. to issue convertible corporate bonds to unspecified objects" (CSRC License (2023) No. 1281) from the China Securities Regulatory Commission.
The SFC agrees that Colson shares will issue convertible corporate bonds to an unspecified target for registration, which shall be implemented in strict accordance with the declaration documents and issuance plans submitted to the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. This reply is valid for 12 months from the date of consent for registration.
Colson Shares said that its board of directors will, in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations and the requirements of the above approval documents, and the authorization of the general meeting of shareholders, handle the relevant matters of the issuance of convertible corporate bonds to no specific object within the specified time limit.
Previously, Colson shares had announced that it planned to issue a total of no more than 2.198 billion yuan of convertible bonds. After deducting issuance costs, the raised funds will be invested in Anhui Chuzhou waterproofing material expansion project, Fujian Sanming waterproofing material expansion project, Chongqing Changshou waterproofing material expansion project, intelligent upgrading project, and used to supplement working capital.
