Flagchem got invention patents in the field of pesticide fungicide, intermediate synthesis again
Jiangsu Flagchem and its holding subsidiary Anhui Ningyitai have recently received the invention patent certificate issued by the State Intellectual Property Office.
The invention relates to the field of pesticide fungicide, Diclazuril derivative and its application and a fungicide used for resisting plant diseases. The raw materials of these methods are readily available, the process is reasonable, the prepared Diclazuril derivative and the fungicide used for resisting plant diseases have high purity and good quality, and are suitable for mass production. The compound provided by the invention has good preventive effect against plant diseases such as cucumber downy mildew and corn rust.
Diclazuril is an anti-coccidiosis drug reported by Janssen in Belgium in 1986. Its structure belongs to Triazine phenylacetonitrile-type compounds, which are used for bird coccidiosis, mainly for the prevention and treatment of chicken coccidiosis, and have the advantages of high efficiency, broad spectrum, low toxicity, low drug resistance and small dosage.
The invention belongs to the field of synthesis of pesticide intermediates, and in particular relates to a synthesis method of Carbamate derived from Aromatic amine, a key intermediate of Saflufenacil. The specific steps include: taking N-(3-amino-4-Carbamate)-N '-methyl-N-isopropyl sulfonamide as raw material, in the presence of additives, formulation of N-(5-amino-2-chloro-4-Carbamate) -N-methyl-n-isopropyl sulfonamide with high yield and high selectivity; Then the key intermediates of Saflufenacil were obtained by reacting with Chloroformate. The synthesis method avoids the use of expensive raw materials, the whole route is economical and environmentally friendly, and the product yield is high. The selectivity is good, the production of chlorinated isomers is effectively controlled, the purity of the product is improved, the cost is greatly reduced, and the industrial production of Saflufenacil is more beneficial.
Saflufenacil is a PPO inhibitor, a new type of uracil stem and leaf treatment agent, which has been described by BASF as "the most successful new herbicide developed in more than 20 years" and "represents a new level of broad-leaf weed control". First, it can be applied to a variety of production systems and non-cultivated land, and can be used after or before the seedling. Secondly, it is suitable for more than 30 kinds of crops, including grains, corn, cotton, rice, sorghum, soybeans and fruit trees. Thirdly, the control spectrum is wide, which can control more than 90 species of broad-leaf weeds, including some weeds resistant to triazines, Glyphosate and Acetyllactate synthase inhibitors. At the same time, Saflufenacil has many characteristics, such as rapid control effect and long residual period.
Flagchem said that the application of the above invention patented technology will not have a significant impact on the operating performance of the company and Ningyitai in the short term, but will be conducive to the continuous introduction of innovative products to the market in the future, thereby enhancing the core competitiveness of the company and Ningyitai, and may have a favorable impact on the long-term operating performance of the company and Ningyitai.
