Jiangsu Meiyang High-Purity Chemicals Project Starts Construction
Recently, Chinese company Jiangsu Meiyang Electronic Materials Co., Ltd. held a groundbreaking ceremony for a 100,000-ton/year high-purity chemicals project for integrated circuits.
The project has an investment of 500 million yuan and covers an area of 70 acres. The construction includes intelligent assembly lines, master control rooms, purification and mixing workshops, warehouses, storage tank areas and other public projects. After the project is completed, it will produce 60,000 tons/year of photoresist supporting reagents and 40,000 tons/year of ultra-clean and high-purity reagents.
