Birla Carbon Plans to Build Two New Carbon Black Production Bases in India and Thailand

Birla Carbon announced that it will establish two new carbon black production bases in Naidupet, Andhra Pradesh, India, and Rayong, Thailand.

"

It is reported that the two factories are planned to be put into operation in 2025, with an initial production capacity of 120,000 tons/year, and plans to expand to 240,000 tons/year in the future. The two new sites will be prioritized based on their location, demand dynamics in the region and specific customer needs.

Birla Carbon has a complete carbon black product portfolio, ranging from ASTM to specialty carbon blacks, to meet the end needs of the global rubber, plastics, coatings, inks and other practical application industries.
