With a total investment of 260 million yuan, Black Cat Shares invested in the construction of superconducting electric carbon black project
Recently, Black Cat stock announced that it plans to invest 200 million yuan in Jiangxi Province Leping City Tashan Industrial Park to set up a wholly-owned subsidiary Jiangxi Black Cat Nanomaterials Technology Co., LTD., and to the company as the main project investment construction of 20,000 tons/year superconducting electric carbon black project.
The total investment of this project is expected to be 260 million yuan, which together with the Inner Mongolia base project disclosed by Black Cat Shares, constitutes the two major bases of Black Cat Shares in the north and south of conductive carbon black products.
Black Cat Shares said the project is expected to become a new profit growth point for the company, seize the market opportunity in the field of new energy and new materials, and help improve the company's comprehensive competitiveness.
