Clinical Skin acquires Glytone
Clinical Skin announced on March 4 the acquisition of skin care brand Glytone from French pharmaceutical and cosmetics company Pierre Fabre Laboratories. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
It is reported that the acquisition of Glytone, a well-known skin care brand known for innovative dermatology solutions, reaffirms Clinical Skin's continued commitment to enhancing its product portfolio and expanding its influence in the cosmeceutical skin care industry.

Led by Pierre Fabre Laboratories for more than 20 years, Glytone has built a reputation for delivering clinically proven skin care formulas designed to address a variety of dermatological concerns, including aging, hyperpigmentation and acne treatment. Since its inception, the skin care brand has gained a loyal customer base and has proven to be a trusted product among dermatologists across the United States.
