Pearl Group doubles PU production capacity in Saudi Arabia
Pearl Group has enhanced its operational footprint and capabilities in Saudi Arabia, doubling its production capacity. This significantly enhances its ability to meet local and regional needs. Pearl Group is a supplier of polyurethane (PU) insulation solutions and other products for PU applications.
Pearl Group has further demonstrated its commitment to the booming Saudi market by launching a dedicated supply chain strategy for the country, enabling same-day delivery in Riyadh and other demand clusters. They have also appointed a dedicated sales manager in Saudi Arabia to strengthen their presence and responsiveness in the region.
Pearl Group is strategically located in Jeddah with state-of-the-art production and warehousing facilities, which not only underlines Pearl Group's commitment to the Saudi market but also demonstrates its alignment with the country's Vision 2030. Its goal is to achieve localized production.
The doubling of production capacity enables Pearl Group to meet 100% of customer demand in Saudi Arabia and its neighboring countries. They will use the Jeddah facility as a regional hub to reduce logistical complexity and costs. This will shorten delivery times and increase customer satisfaction.
"Pearl Group has been providing innovative and sustainable PU solutions in the Middle East for over 35 years. We have been serving customers in Saudi Arabia for decades," said Leslie Gyertson, Chief Operating Officer of Pearl Group.
"It is this continued investment in our team and facilities that allows Pearl Group to significantly improve customer service levels, ensuring our partners and customers receive responsive, professional technical support before and after the sale,"explains Gyertson.
Pearl Group's Jeddah hub's capabilities are further enhanced through the development and execution of a dedicated supply chain strategy for Saudi Arabia.
"As the chemical industry moves toward consolidation and cost cutting, we are investing in our facilities and people. This strategic approach underscores our commitment to emerging and high-potential markets and enhances our ability to work closely with our customers. "said Chief Supply Chain Officer Irina Kuzina.
