L'Oréal launches SkinBetter Science in Canada
This medical beauty and skin care brand was acquired by L'Oréal in 2022 and is currently making its Canadian debut. SkinBetter Science will be available in approximately 100 medical aesthetic clinics nationwide and on the skinbetter website.
Six new products are being launched in Canada, including best-selling AlphaRet, which promises the power of a retinoid in a highly tolerable formula with virtually no irritation.
Founded in 2016 by pharmaceutical industry professionals Jonah Shacknai, Justin Smith and Seth Rodner, SkinBetter Science is one of the fastest growing prescription skin care brands in the United States. Known for its innovative formulas, the brand has 7 patented technologies, 12 peer-reviewed publications, 42 clinical studies, 87 toxicology studies and more than 50 international beauty awards.
SkinBetter Science products are primarily prescribed by a network of dermatologists, plastic surgeons and aesthetic physicians in Canada and the United States and distributed by medical teams nationwide.
