L'Oréal's SalonCentric Acquires Concept JP

SalonCentric Canada, a L'Oréal company, has signed an agreement to acquire Concept JP's business in Canada.


The transaction includes the distribution of K18 products in the Quebec market by an independent distributor under the K18HairQuebec brand. Concept JP operates 11 professional salon boutiques in the region, helping L'Oréal Canada expand its professional salon distribution business in Quebec. Financial details of the transaction have not been disclosed.
