Archroma launches Cartaseal OGB F10
Archroma announces the launch of Cartaseal OGB F10, the latest innovation in the Cartaseal product portfolio.
Cartaseal OGB F10 is a superior water-based oil and grease resistant barrier coating that enables paper manufacturers to deliver high quality and sustainable packaging by replacing fluorine-based substances and polyethylene with recyclable and repulpable coatings. It is FDA and BfR compliant and suitable for the manufacture of food and non-food contact paper and board.
Key features and benefits of Cartaseal OGB F10 include:
Superior Grease Barrier: Provides unparalleled protection against oil and grease, ensuring the integrity and freshness of packaged goods. Its advanced formula guarantees maximum resistance, giving both manufacturers and consumers peace of mind.
Excellent resistance even when folded: Provides excellent oil and grease resistance (OGR) for folding box board and soft paper packaging applications without compromising performance.
Recyclable and repulping: Facilitating simple recycling and repulping processes helps achieve a more sustainable packaging lifecycle. Additionally, because it contains bio-based raw materials, Cartaseal® OGB F10 supports brands and paper manufacturers in achieving sustainable development by minimizing dependence on oil-based substances.
Sameer Singla, CEO of Archroma PP&C said: "We are excited to introduce to the market Cartaseal OGB F10, our latest barrier solution that solves key challenges in the packaging industry while adhering to our commitment to sustainability. With unparalleled oil and grease resistance, exceptional foldability and sustainability properties, Cartaseal OGB F10 represents a significant advancement in packaging technology, enabling businesses to meet changing consumer demands while reducing environmental impact. "
Cartaseal OGB F10 sets new standards for packaging excellence, offering a comprehensive solution that prioritizes functionality, sustainability and performance.
