Hunan Haili and MojiaBio started biological strategic cooperation to strengthen innovative product development and production
On June 18, 2024, Hunan Haili and MojiaBio (Shanghai) signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Changsha.
This Agreement is a framework agreement and serves as the framework and guideline for further cooperation between the two parties. It does not involve specific projects and amounts. The cooperation terms and arrangements in the agreement will be clearly agreed upon in a special implementation agreement separately signed according to the progress and conditions of the subsequent cooperation between the two parties.
Mojia (Shanghai) Biotechnology was established on July 14, 2021, with a registered capital of 698.58 million yuan, and the registration place is located in China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone. As a high-tech company committed to the use of synthetic biology technology to promote the development and production of new materials and agricultural chemicals, MojiaBio has successfully developed and launched a number of innovative products through the new generation of biological manufacturing approach, its research and development is demand-oriented, with its innovative platform technology innovation biosynthesis approach, combining the interdisciplinary integration of biology and chemistry advantages. Overcoming the bottleneck of traditional biofabrication.
MojiaBio is also committed to the development of non-food-based raw materials for biological manufacturing innovative ways, products covering bio-based new materials, agrochemical, food and other fields, and has completed a number of fine chemicals and agricultural chemicals process development, some products to achieve industrialization. The company intends to seek partners with phosgene qualification and production capacity for project cooperation.
Hunan Haili is a national innovative enterprise, a national high-tech enterprise and a national intellectual property advantage enterprise, mainly engaged in the research and development, production and trade of pesticides and fine chemicals, and has an annual output of 10,000 tons of phosgene and Isocyanatomethane production equipment, which can provide resources and conditions for the research and development and production of MojiaBio projects under this agreement.
According to the agreement, MojiaBio will provide authorized technology and guidance to Hunan Haili according to the development progress of the project, and assist Hunan Haili to achieve the industrialization of authorized products. The two parties agreed to carry out continuous research and development cooperation in accordance with Hunan Haili's planning direction in industrial and product development, making full use of Mojia's experience and capabilities in synthetic biology.
The strategic cooperation agreement signed this time has laid the foundation for the comprehensive deepening of cooperation between the two sides. The two sides will give full play to and utilize their respective resource advantages and market influence, cooperate and support each other in market development, and achieve mutual benefit and win-win cooperation.
