Seaweed Bath Co Acquires Andalou Naturals and Mineral Fusion
Seaweed Bath Co announced the acquisition of Andalou Naturals and Mineral Fusion from BWX. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed; Natureza Growth Partners financed the acquisition and Managing Partner Collin Eckles will join the Seaweed Bath Co Board of Directors.
The acquisition will increase operational efficiencies and enable the three brands to streamline product development. All three brands are sold through channels such as Whole Foods Market, Amazon, Sprouts Farmers Market and Natural Grocers.
