Radioliant Technology Licenses Radiopharmaceutical to South Korea for $571.5 Million
On July 17, 2024, a major collaboration in the field of global medical technology took place. China's leading radiation therapy company, Hulian Technology, has signed a global licensing agreement worth $571.5 million with South Korean biotech giant SKBiopharmaceuticals, marking a solid step in the two companies' collaboration in the field of cancer treatment.
Under the terms of the agreement, SKBiopharmaceuticals will receive exclusive rights to develop, manufacture and commercialize FL-091, a radiopharmaceuticals developed by Radiopharmaceuticals for NTSR1-positive cancers. FL-091 is an innovative small molecule radioligand carrier whose high NTSR1-binding affinity and excellent antitumor activity demonstrated in preclinical studies has brought new hope for cancer therapy.
This cooperation stems from the deep accumulation and shared vision of the two companies in their respective fields.
