By partnering with DKSH, we can further strengthen our position and expand our presence in the growing Life Sciences industry."
Thomas Sul and Natale Capri, co-heads of DKSH's High Performance Materials business unit, jointly stated: "We are very pleased to acquire Euroingredientes, which offers a broad range of raw materials for all areas of the food industry and has strong growth prospects in Portugal.
