GHCL announces annual maintenance of boilers at soda ash plant
GHCl Limited has announced that the annual maintenance activities of the boilers at the company's soda ash plant are scheduled to be carried out for a period of two weeks starting from September 16, 2024.
This is expected to result in a total production shortfall of approximately 14,000 tonnes. The purpose of these activities is to carry out necessary maintenance tasks to ensure efficient and safe operation of the soda ash plant.
During this period, the company would like to assure all stakeholders that there is sufficient reserve stock of soda ash to meet the needs of customers and therefore, the supply commitments for the above period will not be adversely affected.
