Fire Breaks Out at Shanghai Pharmaceutical Giant! Cause Under Investigation
On October 15, 2024, a serious fire occurred at a pharmaceutical company near Fengpu Avenue, Fengxian District, Shanghai. At the scene of the fire, the flames were fierce, the flame was several meters high, and the surrounding area of the factory was filled with billowing black smoke, obscuring the sky and the sun, forming a dense smoke rail extending into the air. According to the reporter, the fire point is located in Shanghai Kaibao Pharmaceutical Co., LTD. The company responded quickly after the incident, saying that all workers had been evacuated in time and that there were no injuries. The local fire department said that the fire has been effectively controlled and disposed of, but the specific cause is still under further investigation.

Its main business covers the research and development, production and sales of modern Chinese medicine, with a wide variety of products, including small-capacity injections, tablets, hard capsules, granules and other dosage forms.
