ECHEMI 2024-10-23

Nails Inc, a British nail care company founded by entrepreneur Thea Green in 1999, announced on the 14th that it has been acquired by private equity firm Pacific World Corporation. Financial terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.

In addition to a range of premium nail care products, Nails Inc also has a sister brand called Holler & Glow, which produces affordable bath and body care products. The acquisition will allow both brands to refocus on the North American market, which accounts for 50% of combined revenue.

Bart J. deBie, managing director of Prospect Capital, the parent company of Pacific World Corporation, said in a statement that the company sees "huge potential" in Nails Inc and praised its commitment to "fast and flexible product innovation."
