Carlisle Fluid Technologies acquires Reinhardt-Technik to boost business
Carlisle Fluid Technologies and Reinhardt-Technik GmbH sign agreement, with the latter becoming part of the group.
Carlisle Fluid Technologies is a product and system manufacturer for the supply, application and curing of spray materials such as paints, coatings, powders, sealants and adhesives.
The acquisition of Reinhardt-Technik, a specialist in bonding, dispensing, potting and system solutions, expands Carlisle Fluid Technologies’ sealant and adhesive capabilities and establishes a platform that will immediately benefit customers.
