Pfaudler to Establish Manufacturing Facility in Poland
GMM Pfaudler Limited, through its German subsidiary Pfaudler GmbH, has signed an investment and shareholders agreement on December 20, 2024, to acquire 51% of the shares of a Polish limited liability company.
The acquisition aims to establish a manufacturing and engineering facility in Poland, strengthening its global manufacturing capabilities and competitiveness.
The acquired company specializes in manufacturing high-quality stainless steel equipment for the pharmaceutical and food industries.
The establishment of the facility will cost PLN 12.2 million (approximately Rs 253 million), and the transaction will be funded through internal accruals.

The establishment of this facility in Poland is in line with our vision to strengthen our market presence in Europe and beyond."
