China Resources Wins 30 Million Paint Tender from BNBM
China Resources Group's subsidiary, China Resources Land, announced on January 2 that the results of the 2024-2025 annual external wall paint supply centralized procurement project have been made public on its electronic tendering platform. The tender number is CGFA2024090500020001001. After a public bidding process, the evaluation work has been completed successfully. BNBM (Beijing New Building Materials) Paint Group Co., Ltd. stood out in this tender, becoming the first candidate for Bids 1 and 2, with a bid amount close to 30 million CNY.
As the flagship of China Resources Group's real estate business, China Resources Land has been one of the leading comprehensive property developers in mainland China since its listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 1996. China Resources Group, as the parent company of China Resources Land, not only enjoys a good reputation domestically but also achieved significant performance growth in 2023. The group's total assets exceeded 2.6 trillion CNY, an increase of 16% from the previous year, with overall operational stability improving. Additionally, China Resources Group achieved operating revenue of 889 billion CNY in 2023, a year-on-year increase of 8.6%, and a total profit of 88 billion CNY, up by 5.3%.
