Gemini Industries, Inc. Acquires Diamond Vogel’s Industrial Wood Coatings Division
Gemini Industries, Inc., an employee-owned manufacturer of wood coatings solutions, has acquired Diamond Vogel’s Industrial Wood business unit. This strategic milestone underscores Gemini’s commitment to advancing quality, innovation and service in the wood coatings industry.
For decades, Diamond Vogel has been a trusted name in the industrial wood space, offering outstanding products such as Aquinity, a line of waterborne clear and opaque coatings designed to meet evolving market demands.

The transition officially began on February 3, with Gemini taking responsibility for Diamond Vogel’s Industrial Wood Coatings division. To ensure a smooth transition, Gemini will retain Diamond Vogel’s dedicated industrial wood sales and technical service staff to provide seamless continuity for customers.
With more than 60 years of experience developing innovative wood coatings, Gemini Industries, Inc. offers a full line of wood finishing products and ancillary materials for interior and exterior applications as well as solid wood flooring. Gemini Industries, Inc.’s operations include seven manufacturing and supply locations throughout the United States and two centrally located manufacturing, shipping and laboratory facilities, supported by a team of more than 185 employee-owners.
