Akzonobel launches PurStock range of wood coatings

Oems in the wood component industry focusing on kitchen and bathroom cabinet production can look forward to reduced costs, increased yields and efficient production thanks to Akzonobel's new PurStock range.

As Akzonobel's first coating system specifically formulated for the production of stock components, the PurStock series is designed to help manufacturers reduce or maintain surface treatment costs without sacrificing surface treatment quality. Components completed using the PurStock system will pass the KCMA completion standard, helping manufacturers meet the industry's quality expectations initially and beyond.

The PurStock range includes a complete product portfolio: primer, enamel, transparent and catalyst ingredients to meet different production line and surface treatment requirements. The system is designed to be easily integrated into standard industrial finishing processes. No new equipment or special technology is required, so production is not interrupted and no additional investment is required, helping to optimize operational efficiency and increase production.
