Kaisei Bio Reports 2024 Results with 39.84% Revenue Growth and Promising Future
On February 27, Kaisei Bio (688065) announced its 2024 annual performance report, showcasing remarkable financial growth. The company achieved revenues of 295.65 million yuan, reflecting a 39.84% increase compared to the previous year. Additionally, total profits reached 54.57 million yuan, marking a 21.57% rise, while net profit attributable to shareholders was 48.67 million yuan, up 32.80%. Notably, the adjusted net profit surged by 50.87% to 46.25 million yuan.
The report highlights that as of the end of 2024, Kaisei Bio's total assets stood at 1.90 billion yuan, a slight increase of 0.97%, and the equity attributable to shareholders grew by 3.05% to 1.15 billion yuan. The company credits its success to effectively capturing market trends, particularly in the long-chain dicarboxylic acid sector, where significant advancements have been made.
Kaisei Bio's strategic focus on bio-based new materials has also led to continued investments in research and development, enhancing processing technologies and equipment. This proactive approach has fostered collaboration with leading companies in downstream sectors.
The substantial increases in sales volume and revenue for long-chain dicarboxylic acids, especially with the ramp-up of new product sebacic acid, have driven these impressive results. With a 33.33% rise in basic earnings per share, Kaisei Bio is poised for continued growth in the coming years, making this an exciting time for investors and stakeholders alike.
