Dow Appoints Crystal Huang as Greater China President to Drive Growth
Dow Inc. (NYSE: DOW) announced that Crystal Huang, Senior Sales Director for Dow Packaging and Specialty Plastics in Greater China, has been appointed as President of Dow Greater China effective June 1, 2025.
Huang will spearhead strategic growth initiatives for Dow in Greater China, focusing on high-value opportunities, strengthening partnerships across the value chain, and enhancing market expansion. Based in Shanghai, she will report to Puay Koon Chia, President of Dow Asia Pacific.
Huang’s 30+ years of expertise in material science has driven innovation and business growth under challenging market conditions. Since 2021, she has accelerated growth in Dow’s Packaging and Specialty Plastics business in Greater China. Before that, she served as Asia Pacific Product Director for Dow Specialty Resins and as Sales Director for Adhesives at DowDuPont.
Puay Koon Chia remarked, “Greater China is Dow’s second-largest global market, critical for advancing our business growth and sustainability goals. With her strategic vision and leadership, Crystal will drive Dow’s success in China.”
