Bodo Möller Chemie Acquires Spanish Chemical Distributor Quitec

The Bodo Möller Chemie Group integrates the customer base of Spanish specialty chemicals distributor Química Tecnológica Norte (Quitec) into its distribution network.

Quitec is Henkel's long-standing distribution partner in the field of industrial surface treatment. With this acquisition, Bodo Möller Chemie will actively strengthen its market position in Spain while deepening its strategic partnership with Henkel to provide customers with a more comprehensive service in the future.

Headquartered in San Sebastian, Quitec specializes in the distribution of specialty chemicals for industrial applications. Its product portfolio includes industrial cleaners and pre-treatment products for coatings. The company focuses on promoting Henkel's Bonderite brand, which provides process optimization solutions in the field of surface technology, covering various fields such as cleaning, metal pre-treatment, maintenance and corrosion protection.
