The prices of chemical raw materials and products manufacturing industry increased by 20.9% year-on-year in May
The National Bureau of Statistics released data on the 9th. In May, the national factory price index (PPI) of industrial producers increased by 9.0% year-on-year and 1.6% month-on-month; the purchasing prices of industrial producers rose 12.5% year-on-year and 1.9% month-on-month.
In May, the prices of chemical raw materials and chemical products manufacturing rose 20.9% year-on-year and 1.8% month-on-month; prices of chemical raw materials rose 17% year-on-year and 1.3% month-on-month.
According to the National Bureau of Statistics, in May, the prices of international crude oil, iron ore, non-ferrous metals and other bulk commodities rose sharply, domestic demand recovered steadily, and my country's industrial product prices continued to rise.
From a month-on-month perspective, the PPI rose by 1.6%, an increase of 0.7 percentage points from the previous month. Among them, the price of means of production rose by 2.1%, an increase of 0.9%; the price of means of subsistence rose by 0.1%, the same as the previous month. International crude oil prices fluctuated upward, driving up prices in domestic petroleum-related industries. Among them, the prices of petroleum and natural gas extraction industries rose by 1.7%, an increase of 1.3 percentage points; the prices of petroleum, coal and other fuel processing industries turned from falling to rising, rising by 4.4%.
From a year-on-year perspective, PPI rose by 9.0%, an increase of 2.2 percentage points from the previous month. Among them, the price of means of production rose by 12.0%, an increase of 2.9%; the price of means of living rose by 0.5%, an increase of 0.2%. The price increase of major industries has expanded. Among them, the price of oil and natural gas extraction industry increased by 99.1%, an increase of 13.3 percentage points; the price of ferrous metal smelting and rolling processing industry increased by 38.1%, an increase of 8.1 percentage points; petroleum, coal and other fuel processing industries Prices rose 34.3%, an increase of 10.5 percentage points; non-ferrous metal smelting and rolling processing industry prices rose 30.4%, an increase of 3.5 percentage points; coal mining and washing industry prices rose 29.7%, an increase of 16.4 percentage points; chemical raw materials and chemical products manufacturing industry Prices rose by 20.9%, an increase of 3.4 percentage points.
On average from January to May, the ex-factory price of industrial producers rose by 4.4% over the same period last year, and the purchase price of industrial producers rose by 5.9%. Among them, the prices of chemical raw materials and chemical products manufacturing increased by 10.8%; the prices of chemical raw materials increased by 7.1%.
