Guangzhou Petrochemical Hydrocracking Unit's multiple indicators hit the best in the same period in history
Guangzhou Petrochemical's hydrocracking unit is profit-oriented, actively benchmarking and tapping its potential, increasing optimization and adjustment and technical research efforts, and many indicators have reached the best in the same period in history. From January to July this year, the cumulative processing volume of the device increased by 23.92% year-on-year, and the cumulative cost of oil per ton fell by 9.3% year-on-year, both hitting the best level in the same period in history.
Continuously improve the smooth operation level of the device and increase the processing volume of the device. The device focuses on the main line of "increasing production and efficiency", actively eliminating bottlenecks that affect the load increase of the device, and successfully solving the problems of blockage and liquid carrying in the desulfurization system during operation. Actively communicate with the upstream and downstream, predict the factors that affect the execution of the plan in advance, optimize and adjust in time, and increase the processing volume of the device. From January to July, the cumulative processing volume of the device increased by 167,400 tons year-on-year.
Continue to tap the potential of equipment to improve quality and efficiency, and increase the production of high value-added products. Since the beginning of this year, the diesel production capacity has been surplus, and the supply of chemical raw materials has exceeded demand. The hydrocracking technology with clean production process, strong raw material adaptability, flexible production plan, and excellent product quality has become the core of the "oil-chemical-fiber" combination. The hydrocracking unit flexibly adjusted the product structure according to the market, optimized operating parameters, narrowed the jet fuel distillation range, and increased the yield of naphtha and diesel. From January to July, the yield of naphtha and jet fuel increased by 5.07 year-on-year respectively. % And 8.01%, both hit record highs.
Continue to strengthen management to reduce costs and increase efficiency. Deeply tap the energy-saving potential of the device, reduce production costs, and optimize and adjust the operation of the heating furnace. From January to July, the thermal efficiency of the heating furnace increased by nearly 1.8%. By strictly controlling the key indicators of the device, optimizing the adjustment of the hydrogen-to-oil ratio, adjusting the rotation speed of the cycle machine, and reducing the consumption of medium pressure steam, the energy consumption of the medium pressure steam of the device decreased by 19.79% year-on-year from January to July.
