In addition, Hunan Oriental Scandium Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the company, has decided that from now on, the sales price of crude scandium oxide (Sc2O3≥97%) including tax will be increased by 200 yuan/kg for various domestic customers on the basis of the original price. All kinds of customers will be increased by USD 30/kg; the sales price of high-purity scandium oxide (Sc2O3/TREO≥99.99%) including tax will be increased by 330 yuan/kg for all kinds of domestic customers and USD 50/kg for all kinds of international customers based on the original price. ; On the basis of the original price, the tax-included sales price of scandium metal will be increased by 1,500 yuan/kg for various domestic customers and 230 US dollars/kg for international customers.
It is understood that this is the eighth round of price increase of Longbai Group this year. Starting from January this year, Longbai Group has raised prices almost once a month, and each time the price increase for domestic customers varies from 500 yuan to 1,300 yuan.
●China Nuclear Titanium Dioxide
Leading titanium dioxide companies have taken turns to raise prices collectively, which have been staged many times this year. In addition to Longbai Group, China Nuclear Titanium Dioxide also started its seventh price increase this year.
On the evening of September 13, China Nuclear Titanium Dioxide issued an announcement stating that according to recent titanium dioxide market conditions and raw material price increases, the company’s price committee decided to increase the company’s various models based on the current price of titanium dioxide from now on. The price of titanium dioxide. Among them, the sales price for domestic customers is increased by RMB 1,000/ton, and the export price for international customers is increased by USD 150/ton.

●Pangang Group
On September 13th, Pangang Group Chongqing Titanium Industry Co., Ltd., the latest price of titanium dioxide for sulfuric acid rutile series products was 21,600 CNY/ton.
Since the beginning of this year, titanium dioxide companies have adjusted prices many times, and the industry's prosperity is considered once in ten years. There are two major factors for titanium dioxide companies to increase the price of titanium dioxide. The business climate is gradually picking up, the domestic coating industry's operating rate continues to increase, and downstream real estate and automobile demand remain strong.
From the data point of view, the golden autumn in September, titanium dioxide ushered in the peak season under the influence of various aspects, the market price maintained a firm operation mode, the domestic demand was good, the downstream purchases on demand, and the manufacturers are more willing to increase.
The production of hard core in the major chemical provinces has been reduced and 90% of the output has been cut!
Recently, the National Development and Reform Commission named 9 provinces (regions) (respectively Qinghai, Ningxia, Guangxi, Guangdong, Fujian, Xinjiang, Yunnan, Shaanxi, Jiangsu) energy consumption intensity rose instead of decreasing year-on-year, and clearly pointed out that The prefectures, cities and prefectures whose energy intensity has not fallen but have risen have suspended this year's energy-saving review of "two highs" projects other than major projects planned by the state.
▶▶Guangdong Province: Suspend the Energy Conservation Review of the “Two Highs” Project
According to the "Guangdong Province 2021 Energy Consumption Dual Control Work Plan" issued by the Guangdong Provincial Development and Reform Commission, Guangdong will strengthen the application of the energy dual control assessment results. Regions and units with poor work and prominent energy consumption issues shall promptly report and interview them, and be held accountable in accordance with national requirements and laws and regulations.
In particular, it is mentioned in the plan that dual energy consumption control will focus on the “two highs” industries such as steel, chemical, non-ferrous metals, cement, and glass, benchmarking against international and domestic or industry advanced levels, comprehensively carrying out energy-saving diagnosis, and promoting energy-saving production lines. Renovation and green upgrade.
▶▶Shanxi Province: Focus on whether there are pollutant discharges from companies that stop production
For industrial sources, it is necessary to extend the coking time of Meijin Huasheng Chemical, Yaxin, and Gengyang coking, and strictly investigate the emission of volatile organic compounds, focusing on 10 key links such as volatile organic liquid storage tanks and loading and unloading. Industries involving volatile organic compound emissions should implement peak-shift production: between 10 am and 18:00, road paving, building facade painting, oil loading and unloading will be implemented. 143 key enterprises on the list will implement Staggered production; in the rest of the period, normal production is allowed under the premise of meeting the emission standards. Pay close attention to the emission dynamics of key industries such as Iron and steel, coking, cement, and power plants, and focus on whether there are pollutant emissions from companies that stop production and processes that stop production.
▶▶Jiangsu Province: The operating rate of Soda Ash enterprises may drop by 20%
The double control of energy consumption in Jiangsu is overseeing the supervision, and a special energy-saving monitoring action for enterprises with a comprehensive energy consumption of more than 50,000 tons in 2021 has been launched. The scope of this special energy-saving monitoring includes 323 enterprises with annual comprehensive energy consumption of more than 50,000 tons of standard coal, 29 "two high" projects with comprehensive energy consumption of more than 50,000 tons of standard coal, and comprehensive energy consumption of 5,000 put into operation since 2020 "Two highs" projects with stocks above ton of standard coal (the task list will be issued separately). Involved in Petrochemical, chemical, coal chemical, coking, steel, building materials, non-ferrous metals, coal power, textile, paper, wine and other industries.
Affected by this, some soda ash companies in Jiangsu have plans to reduce production in September, and the operating rate may drop by 20%. The soda ash production capacity of the entire Jiangsu accounted for 17.4% of the total domestic production capacity, making the price of soda ash, which is expected to have a shortfall, continue to be strong.
▶▶Yunnan Province: the main producing provinces of yellow phosphorus and industrial silicon cut production by 90%
It is understood that the Yunnan Provincial Development and Reform Commission recently issued a document, in order to strictly curb the blind development of high energy-consuming and high-emission projects, and strictly control energy consumption and emissions, steel, cement, coal power, chemical and other industries will be subject to key controls.
Among them, steel requires production adjustment in September (the ratio is not less than 30%) to production from November to December.
Cement requires that September production be reduced by 80% month-on-month compared to August. The staggered peak is no less than 40 days from November to December.
Yellow phosphorus requires that the average monthly output from September to December should not exceed 10% of the August output (ie a 90% reduction).
The output of green aluminum enterprises from September to December is not higher than that in August.
Industrial silicon requires that the average monthly output from September to December should not exceed 10% of the August output (ie a 90% reduction).
Coal power optimization reduces start-up time.
In the four industries of fertilizer manufacturing, chemical industry, coal processing, and ferroalloy smelting, the production limit of enterprises whose value-added energy consumption per 10,000 tons is 1-2 times higher than the average level is 50%, and the output limit is 90% higher than that of more than 2 times.
