1. Shipment of core equipment of Guangxi Huayi Bisphenol A Project

On November 4, the core equipment of the Guangxi Huayi Bisphenol A project, the reactor, left the berth of Zhangjiagang Port’s new terminal for shipment, sailing towards the sea area of the Guangxi Qinzhou New Material Base.

A total of 6 reactors were shipped this time, including 2 primary reactors, 2 secondary reactors, one spare reactor and one recovery reactor. The size of a single reactor is 13100*6900*6800 and weighs 125 tons. It is the first batch of large-scale equipment for the bisphenol A project. The reactor plays the most critical role in the entire plant. The launch of the reactor is a milestone for the project. It is another important node after the ground node on 5.30 and the top node on the 9.10 frame, marking the transition of the project from the civil construction stage to the installation stage.

This equipment is the first large-scale marine equipment purchased and shipped by various EPC general contractors of Guangxi Huayi New Materials Qinzhou Base. It adds a strong touch to the achievements of Saiding Company in Guangxi Huayi New Materials Qinzhou Base.

It is reported that these 6 reactors were built by Suzhou Hailu Heavy Industry Co., Ltd., and transported by Jiangsu Fangyun to the new terminal of Zhangjiagang Port for hoisting and loading, and then being transported by water to Qinzhou Land and Sea Port Terminal, then hoisted and unloaded, and then short barge to the project site. delivery.

2. Shenma shares: Bisphenol A and PC are expected to be commissioned before the end of the year

Shenma 400,000 tons of polycarbonate and supporting bisphenol A project, the first phase of the construction scale is 100,000 tons/year PC and 130,000 tons/year BPA project.

The project is located in the Yexian Industrial Concentration Area of Pingdingshan City. The groundbreaking ceremony was held in March 2019. After completion, the project will produce 130,000 tons of BPA. The main construction units are the main BPA unit, raw material tank group, unloading station, Bisphenol A substation, Bisphenol A control room and waste oil furnace, etc.
