Global Fiber Technology giant Lycra Group Impact Branch

On March 2, the Securities Regulatory Commission issued two "Measures" for the Listing Rules of Kechuang board, marking the formal establishment of Kechuang board. The establishment of Kechuang Banks is of great significance and far-reaching influence to the improvement of China's multi-level capital market. From approval system to registration system, tolerance of listing standards, market-oriented pricing mechanism, strict delisting system to the precise positioning of "hard science and technology" in six major fields, Kechuanban not only explores innovatively the reform of capital market in China, but also emphasizes that the standard of building core competitiveness with scientific and technological content will help China's industrial upgrading and economic transformation. As soon as the rules were issued, they became the focus of the capital market. In just over a month, 77 enterprises submitted applications to the Stock Exchange, and many excellent enterprises were actively preparing for the landing board. Recently, the reporter learned from Shandong Ruyi Science and Technology Group (hereinafter referred to as "Ruyi Science and Technology") that the global giant Lyca Group, which completed its acquisition at the beginning of this year, is also preparing to declare its listing on the Science Creative Board. As the world leader in high-end spandex field, Lycra Group has undoubtedly its position and technical strength in the industry. If it successfully landed in the company, it will undoubtedly become one of the leading companies in the company.
According to Ms. Sun Weiying, CEO of Ruyi Science and Technology, in 1958, Dupont Chemistry synthesized Lycra fiber for the first time. Lycra is not only widely used in daily clothing, but also a pet in fashion designer's popular kaleidoscope. The mysterious fibers of Lyca, which were once called magical fibers by the rejoicing people, were crowned with the Egyptian Sphinx, which added to its mystery. In 2004, it was acquired by Coriolis Industrial Group as a whole. Lycra is the only brand in the field of high-end polyurethane fibers. Its average price is 2-3 times that of ordinary polyurethane fibers. Its 11% output contributes more than 25% of the industry's income. It represents the most advanced and cutting-edge technology in the field of polyurethane fibers. It occupies the whole market share in the field of high-end polyurethane fibers and has absolute industry voice.
In order to further consolidate the overall industrial chain layout from fibers, fabrics, clothing to fashion brands, give full play to the synergistic effect of global apparel brands, and strengthen the leading position of textile and apparel group in the whole value chain, Ruyi Science and Technology decided to invest 2.6 billion US dollars in Lycra acquisition. In the fierce competition with many well-known enterprises in the global fiber industry, Ruyi Science and Technology is not the highest bidder. It is based on the above development concept that has won the unanimous approval of Coriolis Group and Lycra management, and ultimately succeeded in bidding. Sun Ruizhe, president of China Textile Industry Federation, said in an interview: "The annual report of fibers in 2018 shows that the total output of chemical fibers in the world is about 71.5 million tons. China has produced more than 48.4 million tons, accounting for 68% of the world's total. It is the largest producer and consumer of chemical fibers in the world. Although we are large-scale, the profit margin of main business of chemical fiber industry is only 5.63%; although the output is high, the proportion of high value-added products is low; and the gross interest rate of Lycra single product, the world's first textile technology brand, is as high as 60%. The successful acquisition of Lycra by Ruyi Science and Technology will greatly enhance the added value and competitiveness of new chemical fibre materials and related products in China, and will transform China from a big textile country to a powerful textile country. Important milestone events of type I.
Ruyi Science and Technology will use Lycra technology to upgrade the production lines of Yinchuan and Jining spandex. After the upgrade, the production capacity of Yinchuan spandex will reach 60,000 tons per year in the middle of Elysburg, and the production capacity of Jining spandex will also be upgraded to 5000 tons per year in high-end Lycra. This will satisfy and lead the consumption of high-quality and high-experience clothing in China and the world. It has a strong supporting and guiding role, and will drive me. Technological upgrading and mastery of the world's voice in China's chemical fibre industry have a typical demonstration effect. Academician Yu Jianyong, academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, textile material expert and deputy director of the National Advisory Committee of Experts on the Development of New Materials Industry, praised Lycra as a "bright pearl in the field of textile fiber and new materials". Academician Yu said: "In the field of spandex fiber, Lycra has established its leading position in the industry with its perfect R&D system, high R&D investment and strong innovation ability. With one-third of the total number of patents in the industry, Lycra still maintains a high annual R&D investment. It is with this sustained high R&D investment and remarkable technological innovation that Lycra has maintained its first place in the field of similar products for a long time. At present, the orientation of Science Innovation Board has been clearly defined and directed, and the "hard core" enterprises in six fields have become "fragrant baboons". As the world's first textile technology brand, Lycra has won the special favor of many sponsors. In order to explore the listing arrangement of Lycako's creation board, the reporter contacted Mr. Zheng Youye, deputy general manager of Beijing Nianfu Investment Management Co., Ltd., who is in charge of Lycako's listing project.
General Zheng said that Lycra had the choice to enter the capital market of our country since the beginning of the acquisition. After the completion of the delivery, it planned to enter A-share through IPO or asset reorganization, so as to create three major sectors of technology, brand and manufacturing of Ruyi Group. As the leading Party in the listing and operation of Lycra project, we refer to the six "hard core" indicators of Lycra project. The Lycra project fully reflects a high degree of fit, and even a sense of "tailor-made" for Lycra project.
First, Lycra has more than 2700 registered trademarks and more than 1400 authorized and applied patents, ranks first in the global industry and meets the requirements of core technology with independent intellectual property rights and leading in the world; Second, Lycra has a world-class innovation platform, five global independent R&D laboratories, 45 world-class researchers and 178 R&D projects.
