Belarusian Polypropylene Imports On The Rise

Recently, according to data released by MRC DataScope, in the first 11 months of 2021, Belarusian polypropylene imports increased to about 106,400 tons, a year-on-year increase of 1.5%, of which homopolymer polypropylene increased the most.

 

In November 2021, Belarus’ polypropylene imports fell to 9,000 tons from 9,100 tons in October 2021, and local companies increased their purchases of injection-molded propylene copolymers in Russia, while homopolymer purchases stabilized at Just below the 6,800-ton level.
