Shanxi Province requires that the intensive processing of coking products should be promoted and guided to the high-end development, mainly by the comprehensive utilization of coke oven gas and coal tar, encouraging the production of high-value-added products, introducing leading chemical enterprises to build industrial clusters, building industrial alliances, realizing resource sharing and complementary advantages, further reflecting specialization, division of labor and cooperation, chaining, parks and parks. At the same time, the coking industry should be revamped by upgrading the tenders, and all enterprises that have not completed the project will be shut down after the deadline.
